Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Trails End Cabins. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our tiny cabins, sheds, and off-grid accessories, including solar kits. By accessing or engaging with our site, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our website. We aim to keep things clear and fair, so read on for the rules of the trail.1. General Use Our website, TrailsEndCabins.shop, is for personal use by individuals 18 or older seeking Montana cabins, sheds, or off-grid living products. You agree to use the site lawfully and not for any unauthorized purpose, such as hacking or distributing harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.2. Products and Services Trails End Cabins offers tiny cabins (under 100 square feet for pickup or delivery, 100 square feet and up for on-site builds), sheds, and drop-shipped sustainable accessories like solar kits. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee it. Custom orders or rentals follow separate agreements, detailed at purchase or booking. Purchases: Orders are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Rentals: Cabin rentals, where offered, follow our Booking Policy. Permits: Customers are responsible for obtaining local portable cabin permits, zoning approvals, and wastewater compliance, per Montana county regulations and DEQ Circular DEQ 4.3. Payment Terms Payments for Montana cabins and accessories are accepted via methods listed at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Full payment is due for standard orders; custom builds may require deposits, as specified. Prices exclude taxes, shipping, or permit fees, which are your responsibility. We may adjust prices without notice, but confirmed orders lock in the quoted rate.4. Intellectual Property All content on TrailsEndCabins.shop—images, designs, logos, and text—is owned by Trails End Cabins or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission. Our tiny cabin designs and branding are protected, so keep them on the trail with us.5. Warranties and Liability We build sustainable retreats with care, but products are sold “as is” unless stated in our Warranty Policy. We do not guarantee compliance with local zoning or wastewater regulations, as these vary by county (e.g., Carbon County Planning). Trails End Cabins is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits or permit delays, beyond the purchase price. Always consult local authorities for county permits.6. Account and ConductCreating an account on our site requires accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and notifying us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or cancel accounts for violations, such as fraudulent orders or misuse of our off-grid living products. Be honest, and we’ll keep the trail smooth.7. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our tiny cabins offerings or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the new terms. Check back to stay informed.8. Governing LawThese terms are governed by Montana law. Disputes will be handled in Montana courts. Since portable cabin permits and regulations differ by county, consult a local attorney for jurisdiction-specific advice, especially for wastewater regulations under DEQ Circular DEQ 4.9.
